Skincare smoothie: mango, kale and banana

Skincare smoothie: mango, kale and banana

We want to continue telling you ways on how to improve your skin not only from outside but from inside as well, just by eating the right products. At Bloomskincare we like to drink smoothies, we have found them to be a very trendy and multitasking food especially for busy people. We would like to share another skincare beneficial drink with you.

This time it is a Kale, Mango and Banana smoothie

Kale and mango are fantastic sources of vitamins A and C. As you possible know our skin requires a good dose of Vitamin A, lack of this vitamin can cause your skin to be flaky and dry.
Vitamin C helps prevent your skin aging and helps you to have a flawless clear and youthful looking skin at any age.
As for banana, it offers so many beauty benefits for your skin. It’s rich in phytochemicals and powerful anti-oxidants. It literally helps your body soak all the good nutrients up. Also bananas are full of potassium and manganese.

Kefir or yogurt known as a milk fermented products. They contains Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria and can be named as very powerful natural probiotics, that have a positive effect on your general health and immune system as well as on your skin cells.
More about probiotics used in skincare products you can read in our previous blog post.
